The business was founded in 1983 by Richard Schilstra in Dunnville, serving mostly the local areas of Haldimand & Niagara with custom house plans, addition plans & garage plans. Today, we are a bustling & growing design firm owned by Jason Schilstra (Richard’s son) serving the entire province of Ontario with hundred’s of custom house plans being completed each year.
