REGISTRATION WILL OPEN June 1, 2024 at 9:00am
All registration must be paid in full by September 1, 2024.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
U8 and U9 players who wish to try out for the Haldimand River Kings in the fall will no longer need to register with DMHA first as they will have pre skates with Haldimand River Kings.
All registrations will be done online
All transations will be by credit card or e-transfer
We are no longer accepting debit/credit in the office
2024/25 REGISTRATION FEES
U5 (2020) - $625
U7 (2019 & 2018) - $625
U8 (2017) - $675
U9 (2016) - $675
U11 (2015 & 2014) - $725
U13 (2013 & 2012) - $725
U15 (2011 & 2010) - $725
U18 (2009, 2008 & 2007) - $725
OTHER FEES
Fundraising Fee (added to your registration fee at checkout) - $75/player
Players will be given raffle tickets for parents to sell to recoup this cost should you chose to do so. More information will be provided closer to the start of the season.
Late Registration Fee after August 15th - $100/player
PAYMENT PLAN
Initial 25% of regisration fee will be collected at the time of regisration
Remaining payments will be July 1st, August 1st and September 1st
Payment plans will only be accepted based on these dates
Please note: If you register after one of the payment dates, your card will be charged in initial 25% PLUS the payment plan payments you missed. For example, if you wait to register until July 15th and your registration fee is $800, you will pay the initial $200 (25%), plus $200 for the July 1st payment at the time of registration.
FAMILY DISCOUNT
1st child - full price
2nd child - $20 off
3rd child - $40 off
4th child - $150 off
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will only be issued with written requests
Please submit your request to the attention of the DMHA Registrar
Please allow approximately 2 weeks for processing from time of notification
A $25 administration fee plus any bank charges for credit card & NFS charges will be decudted from any refunds
Registration fees will be refunded as follows:
Until October 1st - 95%
Until November 30th - 60%
Until December 31st - 40%
Jan 1st and beyond - no refund
IMPORTANT NOTE
Players registering for the first time MUST COMPLETE RESPECT IN SPORT (link below) - PARENT MODULE
This is a one time course that needs to be completed! Parents will need to pay the one time fee.
