Dunnville Minor Hockey Association is now accepting nominations for Board positions for the 2026–2027 hockey season. We encourage all members in good standing to consider getting involved and helping shape the future of minor hockey in our community. Several two year and one year term positions are open for election at this year’s Annual General Meeting.
Dunnville Minor Hockey Association is seeking dedicated volunteers to serve on the Board of Directors for the 2026–2027 season. Board members play a key role in governance, planning, risk management, development, communication, and ensuring a positive experience for all players and families.
As outlined in DMHA Bylaw #1 nominations will be accepted for the following positions:
Positions Open for Two Year Terms
• 1st Vice President
• 2nd Vice President
• Secretary
• U5, U6 and U7 LL Convenor
• U8 and U9 LL Convenor
• U13 LL Convenor
Positions Open for One Year Terms
• Equipment Manager
• Tournament Coordinator
Eligibility Requirements:
• Nominees must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Nominees and nominators must be Members in good standing of the Association.
• Certain executive positions have additional eligibility requirements as outlined in Bylaw #1.
• Written consent of the nominee is required prior to election.
Nomination Process:
A completed Nomination Form must be submitted with signatures from two Members in good standing. Completed forms may be:
• Dropped off at the DMHA office under the door, or
• Emailed to a Director of the Board
Deadline for submission: March 30, 2026
A list of all nominees will be posted on the DMHA website by April 30, 2026.
Serving on the Board is a meaningful way to contribute to the continued growth and success of minor hockey in Dunnville. We thank all members who are considering putting their name forward or nominating someone who would be a strong addition to the Association.
