PRACTICE TIMES & CONDITIONING TIMES
Parents and Coaches,
DMHA has added development conditioning sessions into your registration.
Please also note that these are not optional skates for players (attendance is expected and required as a team just as practice attendance is expected) and it is also expected that coaching staffs will also be on ice to help the Development Leader.
This season, Monday sessions will be with Jay Russ and Thursday nights will be with Matt Schmaltz.
