New to Hockey Reminders
New Parents to Hockey,
It is very important that on your first day your player has all the appropriate gear from the start. You can not expect that you can get away with missing some or inappropriate pieces of equipment.
If your player is not properly dressed they will not be allowed on the ice. A lacrosse mask can not pass as a hockey cage, lacrosse gloves are not permitted, no neck guard (no soup for you), etc.
DMHA does not provide a jersey (practice jersey) or socks on the first day. You will need to have those.
Please examine the picture chart for all your equipment needs. Take some time to come visit Jerry the Equipment Czar at the used equipment sale nights, on the 4, 6 & 7 of September (times to be announced), if you have any concerns or questions.
