West down Hwy#3 is where our Mudcat U11 Green Team was this weekend at the Marci Cook Memorial Tournament in Norfolk.
Friday had a 9-0 win against Simcoe Blue & 7 to 1 against the Elmvale Coyotes in a fierce game. Another win on Saturday against Simoce's Orange team gave birth to a Sunday Semi Final.
Dunnville out foxed the Elmvale Coyotes again 7-0 giving Magrin his second shutout.
Through out the Tournament our U11 team produced 39 goals, just 5 against for a plus 34 and a 1.00 GAA with 2 shutouts.
In the end, the Final's rematch result against Simcoe Blue was never in doubt with a resounding 11-2 Championship Win.
Congrats to Coach Magrin and Staff and of course the U11 Player's for a job well done and another trophy this year!
