DMHA Scheduling
Submitted By Tom Flatt on Sun 08 28, 22
Mudcats,

The season is upon us.  Scheduling has begun for our programming and is here https://dunnvilleminorhockey.com/Calendar/

Notes;

-times can change, groups split (ie; alphabetical split.....U9 A-H & U9 I-Z) keep an eye on the calendar.
-late registrations will effect numbers and cause the schedule to change along with returning player's that did not make Haldimand River Kings Rep Teams 9MD, U10, U11 & U18.
-if you 'SUBSCRIBE' to a calendar note that the team you subscribed to may not be the team you end up on.
-Beginner's are currently all grouped together in "UU5 (SKILLS/INTRO TO HOCKEY) NEW TO HOCKEY (FIRST TIME SKATING)U7 & YOUNGER.....4 to 6 year olds" and will be placed in their proper Group level upon evaluation.
-for Beginner's/U5 parents are encouraged to help.....one person can not possibly teach 12 kids that don't know how to skate to skate on there own. To help a parent/sibling/other must wear skates, hockey helmet and hockey gloves...stick helps to, but all that really is needed is a heart.  Please have your child's name on their helmet-avoid the names CCM, Bauer, Nike.
-returning 5 and 6 yr olds will be U6 & U7 and not start with the U5 & Beginner's.

Once we hit October things should be straightened out, consistent scheduling and Haldimand Local League Games schedule should be out.  Until more registration is under our belts we can not predict how many teams there is in a group/age or when they will exactly have a regular game slot and practice slot.

Thank you for your patience!

    Mudcats Nation, Our U18 numbers are low, too low for a team one would say. Other centres are hoping we don't have a team because of our HLL Champion U15 player's that have moved up to U18.  They think we would join them should we fold!
