-DOUBLE VACCINATED +14 DAYS AFTER THE 2ND DOSE TO CONTINUE TO PARTICIPATE AND HELP AS OF October 31st

DMHA urges for parents to please provide your player's Covid Vaccination record at the earliest convenience to help with rostering (there is tryouts coming up and those Rep teams need assurance and we have to apply for the number of Local League teams we can roster to the Haldimand League) OR if your player is going to be late meeting the fully vaccinated deadline on October 31 OR if your player is not going to be vaccinated at all this season so we can continue with our planning.
