Note: All Members, who are in good standing, must register to have a vote or to run for any position on the Board. Registration begins at 6:30 pm, before the meeting.

3.            Approval of Minutes

·         Approval of Minutes of the May 24, 2018 Annual General Meeting.

4.            2018/2019 Season Reports

5.            2019/2020 Season Outlook

6.            2018/2019 Megan Hart Memorial LL Coach of the Year Presentation

7.            2018/2019 Dave Dunham Memorial Volunteer of the Year Presentation

8.            2018/2019 Alice Schram Memorial Director Volunteer of the Year Presentation

9.            Treasurer’s Report

10.         Appointment of the Internal Audit Review Committee for the 2019/2020 Season

11.         Elections of Directors to the DMHA Board for the 2019/2020 Season    

              1.Acclaimed Positions

     For a 2 year term:
President Randy Smith, Treasurer Mary Gibson, Ice Scheduler Tom


     For a 1 year term:
Novice NDLL Convenor Abby King,
Equipment Manager Jerry
Special Events Coordinator Christina Gratton,
 Coordinator Meaghan McCormack,
Directors at Large a vote needs
 to be taken for 2 positions between Tracy Jubenville, Rob Lutes and Brad Fleguel.


 2. Open Positions:

    For a 2 year term: OWHA Convenor, Bantam/Midget NDLL Convenor and Timekeeper Coordinator


    For a 1 year term: Tournament Coordinator

3. Appointed Positions: Registrar Tammy Mills, Referee in Chief Chad Smith and Technical Director Jeremy Sharpe
